Kooltrade Ltd.'s aftercare service is run at no cost to the consumer/retailer on products within warranty. Products out of warranty services are provided on a cost recovery basis. Services include:

  • Supply of lost or missing instruction manuals
  • Advice on brand stockists and suppliers
  • Dispatch of consumer serviceable spare parts

Distribution & Logistics

Kooltrade Ltd.'s dynamic distribution team prides itself on turning orders round quickly. Our central geographical location and internal processes mean we can offer:

  • 27,000 square feet of warehousing with 2930 palette locations
  • Next day delivery of in-stock items to independent and national retailers placing orders by email or telephone
  • Delivery of goods within 24 hours for retailers placing orders via internal EDI
  • Over 300,000 items manually picked and packed each year with & 0.005% picking errors
  • Ability to dispatch D2C packages, palletised orders or full loads
